Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a pan.
- In a bowl, combine whipped cream and lemon juice.
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and add to the whipped cream mixture.
- Layer strawberries and blueberries over the crust.
- Pour the whipped cream mixture over the fruit.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Slice and serve cold.

- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
