Ingredients

- 2 cups grated potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Rinse grated potatoes under cold water.
- Dry potatoes using a clean towel.
- In a bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Add potato mixture to the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.

- Adjust cooking time for desired crispiness.
- Use a food processor for easier grating.
