Instructions

- In a skillet, cook chicken breasts until golden brown.
- Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce to the skillet.
- Stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over rice.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
