Ingredients

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cheese, pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Assemble burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.

- Freeze uncooked patties for later use.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
