- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add balsamic vinegar before serving.
- You can also sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top after roasting.
