Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and transfer to a baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the cheese mixture over the brussels sprouts.
