- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the brussels sprouts.
- Top with breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Can substitute heavy cream with a lighter option.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
