Description
Crispy air fryer fried pickles made with a simple batter.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg and buttermilk.
- Dip pickle slices in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Arrange the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, double dip in egg and flour mixture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
