Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water, vegetable oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  5. Pipe strips of dough onto parchment paper.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Coat churros in the sugar mixture while still warm.
