A quick and easy recipe for making churros in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water, vegetable oil, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in flour until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
- Pipe strips of dough onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Coat churros in the sugar mixture while still warm.
Notes
- Make sure to let the churros cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with chocolate sauce for dipping.
